I believe Everyone falls in love with Gemstones from the Mineral Kingdom.

They have such wonderful metaphysical properties that can help us in all ways.

I very much believe in Vibrational medicine and regularly use Flower Essences and Crystal Elixirs in conjunction with my other practices.

Making Crystal Elixirs is very easy and well worth doing with powerful results.

Most crystals can be used to make powerful elixirs.

So what is a Crystal Elixir?

It is a preparation of mineral water infused with the energies of the crystal with which it is fortified.

Before preparation of the Crystal Elixir, I choose my crystal and then consciously program the crystal to facilitate enhanced transfer of the energies desired, For Example a “winter tonic” for daily use, or de-stress, no more aches and pains.  What-ever you desire.

Without programming all the energies would be transmitted but with no specific direction for them.

You may also use several programmed crystals to make a “Multi” Crystal Elixir.

Another thing you can do and I do often is to Infuse Carrier Oils used for Massage with programmed Crystals, thus creating a very powerful blend when Essential Oils are added.

So now for the instructions on “How” –

You require; your selected cleansed and programmed Crystal/s, Mineral water or distilled water, a glass Jar or glass bowl.  How big? Depends on the size of your crystal/s.

NO METAL BOWLS OR LIDS PLEASE – this is very important.

The Crystal/s are then placed in the water within the glass jar or bowl. You place it outside a full 24 hours so it captures the sun during this time.  To make your Elixir even more powerful is to make batches when you know the moon if full.  So you would leave each batch a full 24 hours, capturing the sun and the moon energies.

Once a full 24 hours is up you then take the Crystals out and bottle the elixir, it can then be consumed as you wish.  I drink this like I would water, or add it fruit jellies when I make them.

An Alternative Method is to place the water in a large glass bowl and the Crystal in a Glass and add then add it to the water.  This method can stop the water being contaminated by anything in or on the crystal.

The lesson below will teach you how to make an Enhanced “Mother Elixir” a little more involved, but well worth doing and powerful beyond measure!

It involves the following:

Place the crystal or crystals (You can make a Powerful Elixir using several crystals) of your choice in a CLEAN glass container with distilled water (use no other water please). Making sure it is the day of either the Full Moon or New Moon place the container outside in the sun (cover with a glass top).

Leave for a full 7 days to allow for the complete energy transfer.  Once this time has elapsed you then bring the container inside and place it in a very dark cupboard for another 7 days, with the crystal or crystals of which the gem elixir is being prepared surrounding and pointing towards the centre of the elixir.  You must use 7 crystals.

Note: If you haven’t 7 of the same crystals, substitute with Quartz Crystals.

After this process (14 days = 7 outside, 7 in a dark cupboard) mix in

one once of good quality brandy.  This stabilizes and maintains the frequencies of the energies contained in the elixir.

This mother Elixir should be stored in a Dark brown bottle in a Dark cool location.

Consumption: 2-3 drops under the tongue twice daily.

I have made Gem (Crystal) Elixirs and “Mother” Elixirs for a long time and learnt how to do this by attending a fabulous workshop in 1995 (Yes, I still have my notes), so that says how many years ago!  (Gulp, where has all the time gone!)

During the month, please try making a batch of Elixir.  It is fun; if you have children, let them help.  The results are a powerful energetic way to help keep healthy, relieve stress or whatever you programmed the crystal for!

I would like to ask you a question – “Do you believe in the Faerie Realm?”

(Please note I have used the old way of spelling Faerie in their honor)

The Faerie Realm has been in Folklore for centuries and handed down via stories, tales and songs, with Clairvoyants, Mystics, Sages, Seers and Wise men being another traditional source.  Even today many people working in the Metaphysical Realm communicate with them.

Unfortunately, humans have a tendency towards smugness with many having the belief that we are definitely the highest form of intelligent life.

My belief is that in a Universe as vast as the one we live in there are many forces and dimensions we do not understand and that we have drawn away from being sensitive to the energies around us and those being emitted from “Gaia” (Mother Earth) herself.  Many have a tremendous fear of anything outside the physical plane, which saddens me greatly.

You know the Human Essence is a wondrous thing.  We are Multi-dimensional Beings with an energy system that enables us to respond to many levels, not just the physical.

We live in a universe of infinite energies and life forms, which can bring us joy and an expanded awareness.

The Faerie Realm for those who believe or who want to seek out is but one of these.

Today lets start to take a look at the metaphysical world of Flowers and their Faeries.

Being the most beautiful and delicate in the Faerie Realm the Flower Faeries and elves are as abundant as the flowers themselves and serve the flowers in many ways.

There are faeries to help the flowers emit their perfume, others to help them grow.  Elves and Gnomes create the colors plus other Faeries and Elves watch over the area as they grow.  Also for every single flower there is one “overseer” Faerie or Elf who watches all others working on and around the particular flowers plus it embodies the essence of the flower itself.

Flowers have strong energy vibrations and have been great sources of inspiration and energy.

Think about how all aspects of flowers have been used by Healers (Bach and Flower Essences and also Essential Oils, Homeopathic Herbs etc) that work on a vibrational level and metaphysicians.  Also think about how flowers have been an inspiration for artists, writers and poets.

It is a fact that today those working in and with the spiritual realm take the time and trouble to set flowers in the room or space where they are working for the Flower Faeries to increase the vibrational energy.

Ted Andrews in his book Enchantment of the Faerie Realm, pages 143 and 145

Says –

BASIL

The Faerie Spirit of Basil shows itself in more of an Elf form.  It holds the knowledge of integrating sexuality and spirituality.  Wherever Basil grows, there is usually a dragon to be found in that same environment, serving as protector.  It also draws dragons when burned as incense.  The Faeries and Spirits of Basil help us awaken greater discipline and devotion.

DAISY

This flower is drawing to all Faeries, Elves and Nature Spirits.  Where it is found, Nature Spirits, even those not associated with the flower will also be found.  It is one of the best flowers to work with to begin communion with the Faerie Kingdom, as its Faeries have no fear of humans and are very open to contact.  They stimulate great physical awareness of the presence of Nature Spirits.  The Daisy is a favorite flower of the Wood Nymphs and simply sitting among the flowers invites contact.  Daisy Faeries help awaken creativity and inner strength.

Sometime this month try to go and sit quietly in your garden or a park taking your favourite crystal with you which you have reprogrammed before hand to “Help Communicate with the nature spirits”.

Look around and take note of what you see.  Mentally give thanks to all the Nature Spirits.  Then close your eyes, take some deep breaths and just sit.

Note any experiences, a light touch like a cobweb on you, a fleeting smell of a flower…

Be open to all experiences.

Howdy, do you believe the world will actually end December 21, 2012, or more specifically, the world will end as we know it?

Well I for one believe that the world will end – as we know it – December 21, 2012!

Don’t debunk this belief of mine because after reading this, you too may be convinced that the world, as we know it, will end on that date. So, read on and tell me if I’m right or wrong.

Okay, hundreds of thousands, or perhaps even multi-millions of people believe the world, or the world as we know it will end December 21, 2012. Why is that?

Well it is based on one thing, and one thing only… the end of the Mayan calendar. You see, there has been no further written recording of the Mayan calendar found that goes beyond that date. But does that mean the world will end that day? NO! Every culture, whether past or present has had it’s own calendar.

Now what if any particular culture stops making calendars, does that mean the world stops? NO! The world and time still goes on because mankind has no control over the existance of the world or time, just as he has no control over the weather, or night, day, or the seasons.

No man can control the existance of anything that man did not create in the first place. Sure, man can stop the existance of some individual things, but no man can stop those things from being. Man can cut down, and uproot every tree presently living on earth, but can man stop trees from popping up and growing? NO! Man can stop the wind from blowing on his face, in his house, car, or wherever, but will that stop the wind from blowing? NO, because man did not create the wind in the first place!

Now, as far as the world ending December 21, 2012, or ending as we know it when it comes to the Mayan calendar, do you live or go by the Mayan calendar? NO! There is no culture in existance that is existing because of the Mayan calendar.

Even NASA had to jump in on this, and here is what they had to say about it. “NASA reaffirms this: “Just as the calendar you have on your kitchen wall does not cease to exist after December 31, the Mayan calendar does not cease to

exist on December 21, 2012. This date is the end of the Mayan long-count period but then – just as your calendar begins again on January 1 – another long-count period begins for the Mayan calendar.”

You see, in life, the world is constantly ending every day, but it is constantly being born again every new day. All living forms of life are ending every day. All forms of life are beginning every day! Millions of people die every day, yet millions of people are born every day. Stars in the sky die out every day, yet new stars are created and exist every day. Water is loss from the world every day, yet more water comes into existance every day. So it is with just about everything else. There is nothing that stops being in existance just because a calendar ends.

So, as you can see, and know for yourself… the world as we know it, ends every day, but it is also reborn every day. What will happen December 21, 2012 is the world will end as we know it, but just one split second after midnight December 21, 2012, the world is reborn with new life, changes, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, rapes, murders, robberies, and everything else that existed before midnight December 21, 2012.

Me, yes, I believe the world will end December 21, 2012… as we know it! I also believe that the world will continue to exist after december 21, 2012… but not as we knew it before. Heck, even biblically speaking for those who believe, it does not say the world will end, and cease to exist… just end as we know it, but it will still exist as an entity.

So, do you believe the world will really cease to exist December 21, 2012, or will it just end as we know it, yet, continue to exist?

I was discussing using healing crystals in meditation to an acquaintance of mine the other day and telling her that I sometimes do a meditation lying plan on my bed with a healing crystal across my 3rd eye.

She looked at me horrified and said “But what if a huge chunk of crystal fell off, it could hurt your eye or head!

I honestly get asked this time and time again as I have a huge collection of gob-smacking healing crystals that I use everyday in so many ways.  Crystals are part of my life I couldn’t do without them.

So today this post is about where I buy my healing crystals and some of the ways I use them.

Firstly before I get onto where I buy my healing crystals, I will go into ways I use them.

In the Bath – yes, that’s correct.  I love to linger in a lovely warm bath, to soak away the stresses of the day and rejuvenate my body.  I look at my crystal healing chart and pick which crystal would be best for me at that time.  It might be bloodstone if my blood pressure is up a little, amethyst if I feel I have ‘the flu coming on or I have been stressed to the max during the day. Sugarlite if I have a headache.

I place the crystal in the bath and then run the water.  I always add 6 drops of Lavender to my baths.  I then light a candle, put on some relaxation music, turn off the light and step into the bath, close my eyes and soak.  I mentally ask the chosen crystal to heal me, then just drift for a while.  AHHH…Oh my stars it is magic!  Most times I feel the energy of crystal doing its work.

In My Home Office for Money – I have Citrine, Malachite and Green Adventurine programmed for abundance.  For mental Clarity I have a beautiful quartz crystal on my computer desk.  This also soaks up any harmful emissions from my computer.  I cleanse it every week.

I have a large piece of Citrine placed on display tables as you come into my front and back doors for Joy and Happiness.  Plus a Rose Quartz Angel on each for Universal Love.

In my bedroom, I have a gorgeous Amethyst Angel, plus Rose quartz for universal love and a string of Tigers Eye beads for physical love as it increases the sex drive! (Oh yes it does!!!!)  I also wear these beads at times when going out, as they have a duel purpose and can help with confidence and promote clarity plus a whole lot more which I won’t go into at this time.

My partner suffers from depression so he carries a piece of Topaz, plus has Lapis Lazuli by his side of the bed.

In my Kitchen - I have a large piece of Amber and Smokey quartz as I find everyone gravitates to this space whilst I cook, or we share the cooking duties and both of these crystals balance the body, mind and spirit and that is what you want after a long hard day.  I find everyone picks up these stones and holds them and strokes them and when they put them down again with a smile on their face I know they have done their job.  I then look at the crystals and mentally thank them.  They are so precious!

I could go on with what Crystals I have in my home, but I fear I would bore you, but one thing I can tell you is my home is STRESS FREE and I attribute that to having healing crystals around the home.  Heck even David Beckham and wife Victoria have become devotees of “healing crystals” since moving to California . The former England captain and his wife keep the colourful stones in their respective bathrooms at their 14-million-pounds Beverly Hills mansion knowing that they will improve their health and boost their energy levels!

So onto the answering the question that is always asked, “Where to buy Healing Crystals”

I have 2 places I like to buy my crystals, both places ship world wide have some THE BEST crystals I have every seen and these are offered at the best prices around. I have lost count over the years of how many people have asked me why crystals need to be cleansed, the answer is simple, you must cleanse away the dust, negative and stale energies that may surround your crystal and the crystal has picked up for it to do its job.

If you liken the crystal to a CD or DVD that you are recording on, then you might get an understanding of how important it is to cleanse.

Crystals pick up everything!

Here are a few suggestions on how to cleanse them.

• Place it under the light of a full moon/sun for 24 hours. My preference is for moonlight especially the full moon as many crystals will fade in the sunlight especially Amethyst, Celestite, Opal and Turquoise

• Bury them in the earth for 48 hours. *PLEASE mark the spot!
• Place your Crystals in bowl of water in which you have added 7 drops of Flower Essences (such as Bach Flower). Keep them in this for 24 hours.
• Use 1 drop of your favourite Essential oil on each crystal and cleanse it with a tissue.
• When using your Essential Oil burner, hold your Crystal of the vapours for 2-3 minutes.

You can keep your crystals in salt water for 24 hours, but that is my least favourite method, I would advise you any other method than that.

If you are a Reiki Practitioner, hold them in your hands and give them a Reiki Healing. The wonderful ways above will rejuvenate the power of your crystal/s. It washes away the negative energies it/they have absorbed and recharges with positive healing energy.

Oh by the way, if you use you’re Crystal/s for Crystal Healing everyday (i.e. you use them on clients) they work very hard. It is good to send them home for at least 1 month every year. By that I mean bury in the Earth for one month (again please mark the spot).

I would cleanse your crystals each month and then recharge them with what-ever you want your crystal to work on for you during the month. Some examples are Peace, Harmony, abundance, health, etc. They will help you with anything.

Pendulum dowsing has also been called “divining” for its ability to provide information and predict the future. Pendulum dowsing is a method of divination that is rarely requested by clients, and is highly underrated. Dowsing offers you the access to an inner wisdom; it can be a fun and simple way to begin to measure energy fields and is an excellent way of speaking directly with our intuition. It is a very ancient art and is said to date back well over 6 thousands years.

The term “pendulum dowsing” is often used to refer to the search for specific targets, while the term “pendulum divining” is most often used in reference to seeking precise information. Plus… … just to confuse you more (ha-ha) there are also those who study “Cosmopathy” which is study and experimentation using pendulum dowsing, pyramid energy, and cosmic rays. There are also some New Age believers who use pendulum dowsing as a communication tool with their Spiritual Guides.

However, today, we are concentrating on something that is so simple and accurate; once you get started you will be using it all the time – ‘Pendulum Dowsing”.

So what can be used for a Pendulum?

Well anything can be used that you can hang on a string or chain or even the chain itself. I find that I don’t just use one thing; I use one of my gold chain bracelets or necklaces, even my very old gold cross. You will find once you start dowsing, you will get a feel for what works for you. I have even used my bunch of keys on my key ring, when in a Supermarket to ask a question as I had forgotten to wear my gold chain.

You know when I first started dowsing, I thought I had to follow hard and fast rules, but I have since come to the conclusion that seeing Pendulum dowsing is an ancient art of accessing information not available to us through the use of our senses there are no hard and fast rules. I use pendulum dowsing all the time for –

Answers to questions I am not sure about – (You know the ones – the biggies!)

• To find something,
• Compatibility with another person,
• Suitability for a career,
• General health-related questions,
• Whether a food or food group is good for me
• Where to plant various plants in the garden to achieve maximum success
• And much more.

I have also asked my pendulum whether I can ask a question for another person or regarding another person, sometimes it will say ‘Yes” another time it will say “No”

So how do you do this, well I hold what-ever I am using between my thumb and forefinger and have my arm to my elbow close to my body so the pendulum is hanging, then I ask it a yes or no question.

Now I know what ways my pendulum will swing for me – meaning I know when it says ‘Yes” or “No.” If you are new to this, you have to work out what ways the pendulum will swing for those 2 commands. So all you do is ask “Show me Yes” and wait for it to swing in a direction – remember which way, then ask again “Show me No” and watch as it shows you the direction of know.

I find for me the Yes command is a circle around and around, and a no command is swinging back and forth – But as I said before, each one of us is an individual, so you much work out which way the pendulum swings for you.

Pendulum dowsing is much more than asking yes and no questions, but this is the basic dowsing that you need to learn and get really good at first.

Once you get used to the basics and incorporate it into your daily life, you can start to get more in depth if you wish, such as over maps and charts, to find ley lines, or finding lost objects or persons in relation to a map or chart, finding water and minerals just to name a few. If you want to find water, I have been told a diamond pendulum is ideal.

An aura is an electromagnetic field that surrounds the human body and every other living creature in the world.  Even plants and trees have aura’s.

Human auras permeate through the physical body about 2-3 feet.  This effect is called the auric egg.  This energy emits in all directions, including the top of the head and through the feet into the Earth.

There are seven layers, sometimes referred to as Chakras that make up the aura.  Each of the seven layers have their own frequencies and each affect the other.

What this means is if one layer is out of sync it will knock all of them out.  The color of a person’s aura helps the practitioner narrow down what is wrong.  You aura can be affected by your emotions, your way of thinking, your behavior, and your over-all health.

The first of seven layers is called the physical layer.

This governs your physical sensations such as comfort, pleasure, and health.

The second layer is call etheric.

It represents your emotions toward your self-acceptance and self-love.

The vital layer makes up the third layer.  This represents your rational mind and how you understand life.

The astral layer is your relationship with others.  This is where love for family and others comes into play in your aura.

The lower mental layer is what influences one to commit to speaking and following the truth.  It controls your divine will.

The sixth layer is the high mental one and it consists of divine love and spiritual well being.

The last layer is spiritual body.  This aura layer represents your serenity and understanding of the greater universe at large.

All of these layers combine to make your aura.

It is important that your aura be aligned as this promotes good health both mentally and physically.
