I was discussing using healing crystals in meditation to an acquaintance of mine the other day and telling her that I sometimes do a meditation lying plan on my bed with a healing crystal across my 3rd eye.

She looked at me horrified and said “But what if a huge chunk of crystal fell off, it could hurt your eye or head!

I laughed and said to her, but I use a Palm Stone Healing Crystal – I have many – all different kinds.

She had never heard of Palm Stones so I thought I would write a little about them here.

What are Palm Stones?

As I said at the beginning of this post, I use Palm Stones in my meditations. I hold my chosen one, programmed for what I want when I meditate.

Also If I have a headache (I use an Amethyst Palm Stones) or any pain my body, or am feeling unwell, I lay down, and place my chosen palm stone/s on the body part that needs healing, which is so easy as the tactile shape and size of these stones makes them easy to place on your body.

I honestly get asked this time and time again as I have a huge collection of gob-smacking healing crystals that I use everyday in so many ways.  Crystals are part of my life I couldn’t do without them.

So today this post is about where I buy my healing crystals and some of the ways I use them.

Firstly before I get onto where I buy my healing crystals, I will go into ways I use them.

In the Bath – yes, that’s correct.  I love to linger in a lovely warm bath, to soak away the stresses of the day and rejuvenate my body.  I look at my crystal healing chart and pick which crystal would be best for me at that time.  It might be bloodstone if my blood pressure is up a little, amethyst if I feel I have ‘the flu coming on or I have been stressed to the max during the day. Sugarlite if I have a headache.

I place the crystal in the bath and then run the water.  I always add 6 drops of Lavender to my baths.  I then light a candle, put on some relaxation music, turn off the light and step into the bath, close my eyes and soak.  I mentally ask the chosen crystal to heal me, then just drift for a while.  AHHH…Oh my stars it is magic!  Most times I feel the energy of crystal doing its work.

In My Home Office for Money – I have Citrine, Malachite and Green Adventurine programmed for abundance.  For mental Clarity I have a beautiful quartz crystal on my computer desk.  This also soaks up any harmful emissions from my computer.  I cleanse it every week.

I have a large piece of Citrine placed on display tables as you come into my front and back doors for Joy and Happiness.  Plus a Rose Quartz Angel on each for Universal Love.

In my bedroom, I have a gorgeous Amethyst Angel, plus Rose quartz for universal love and a string of Tigers Eye beads for physical love as it increases the sex drive! (Oh yes it does!!!!)  I also wear these beads at times when going out, as they have a duel purpose and can help with confidence and promote clarity plus a whole lot more which I won’t go into at this time.

My partner suffers from depression so he carries a piece of Topaz, plus has Lapis Lazuli by his side of the bed.

In my Kitchen - I have a large piece of Amber and Smokey quartz as I find everyone gravitates to this space whilst I cook, or we share the cooking duties and both of these crystals balance the body, mind and spirit and that is what you want after a long hard day.  I find everyone picks up these stones and holds them and strokes them and when they put them down again with a smile on their face I know they have done their job.  I then look at the crystals and mentally thank them.  They are so precious!

I could go on with what Crystals I have in my home, but I fear I would bore you, but one thing I can tell you is my home is STRESS FREE and I attribute that to having healing crystals around the home.  Heck even David Beckham and wife Victoria have become devotees of “healing crystals” since moving to California . The former England captain and his wife keep the colourful stones in their respective bathrooms at their 14-million-pounds Beverly Hills mansion knowing that they will improve their health and boost their energy levels!

I have lost count over the years of how many people have asked me why crystals need to be cleansed, the answer is simple, you must cleanse away the dust, negative and stale energies that may surround your crystal and the crystal has picked up for it to do its job.

If you liken the crystal to a CD or DVD that you are recording on, then you might get an understanding of how important it is to cleanse.

Crystals pick up everything!

Here are a few suggestions on how to cleanse them.

• Place it under the light of a full moon/sun for 24 hours. My preference is for moonlight especially the full moon as many crystals will fade in the sunlight especially Amethyst, Celestite, Opal and Turquoise

• Bury them in the earth for 48 hours. *PLEASE mark the spot!
• Place your Crystals in bowl of water in which you have added 7 drops of Flower Essences (such as Bach Flower). Keep them in this for 24 hours.
• Use 1 drop of your favourite Essential oil on each crystal and cleanse it with a tissue.
• When using your Essential Oil burner, hold your Crystal of the vapours for 2-3 minutes.

You can keep your crystals in salt water for 24 hours, but that is my least favourite method, I would advise you any other method than that.

If you are a Reiki Practitioner, hold them in your hands and give them a Reiki Healing. The wonderful ways above will rejuvenate the power of your crystal/s. It washes away the negative energies it/they have absorbed and recharges with positive healing energy.

Oh by the way, if you use you’re Crystal/s for Crystal Healing everyday (i.e. you use them on clients) they work very hard. It is good to send them home for at least 1 month every year. By that I mean bury in the Earth for one month (again please mark the spot).

I would cleanse your crystals each month and then recharge them with what-ever you want your crystal to work on for you during the month. Some examples are Peace, Harmony, abundance, health, etc. They will help you with anything.

I get asked so many times, what the different colors of crystals mean so I thought I would put together a short post on the healing color of crystals.

You may not know it, but color is energy. What you may say? Color is energy? Yes it is! The energy vibration of that color is what you need,
in the moment in order to heal meaning in order to improve and balance your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Color does play a somewhat large part when healing with crystals.
Do below is a list of colors and what they mean. So, if you want a particular kind of healing and really don’t know what crystal to use or purchase, just go by the color!

Red Stones:
Help with blood, relieves anemia, stop bleeding, heal rashes and wounds.
These stunning stones also help with protection, courage, energy levels making you more energetic.

Pink Stones:
They smooth difficulties in relationships, are good for group rituals. Excellent to help us love ourselves such an important thing, for if we do not love ourselves, how can we give love to others. Pink stones are calming, soothing and stops anyone from being in distress.

Orange Stones:

Blue Stones:
Awesome stones to use in the bath Blue stones calm the emotions and help sleep issues. Good for wearing if you have any inflammatory disease.

Purple Stones:
Health issues? then wear purple stones, plus place Amethyst stones programmed for good healthy on your bedside table, and cleanse it frequently. Purple stones are also fantastic for headaches and those suffering from mental illness. They also go hand in hand with mysticism, purification, meditation, psychic and subconscious work.

White Stones:
Ruled by the Moon these gorgeous stones help with Sleep issues, promote lactation in nursing mothers, offer protection after dark, help control and even rid of us of headaches.

Black Stones:
Deliciously gorgeous, these stones are given in love to help with self control, and grounding issues. They give us a quiet resilience and power, dispelling anxiety and taking us into a quiet place.

Hope your month has been a fantastic one.  I know mine certainly has – with the wonderful numbers this month has produced it has been a very energetic month!

Today I would like to tell you about the Tektite, one AMAZING Crystal!

Apparently this stone is found within a narrow equatorial belt
they have been found in Thailand, Australia, Vietnam
and the Philippines. Usually having a heavily pitted surface Tektites
have the appearance of being stretched while in a molten state.
Mainly appearing  black, but when held up to the light, you can
see a golden tint in areas around the edges.

A Tektite is created from meteoric impact with the earth where heat is so intense that both the meteorite and the earth’s surface melt on impact.

So when you get your Tektite you are getting a mixture of space and earth
material together, making for one exciting crystal

So Maggie you are saying, what does this do?

This amazing crystal is reputed to Tektite assists one in attaining knowledge, abundance.

It also  Balances the  Ying and Yang (feminine/masculine) provides insight, plus strengthens one’s

A gorgeous Rose Quartz Ball

Many people ask me why I love Rose Quartz so much, so I thought I would tell you all about this “Stone of Gentle Love”.
